This service will save you the cost of a fax machine and rental charges for another telephone line. You can receive faxes from any location where you can pick up your email. It will save on paper although you can print your faxes out if you wish. You can easily copy and paste the fax image into other applications. You can handle high volumes of simultaneous incoming calls without any problems.

Distributing the fax elsewhere is as easy as forwarding an email. You can archive your faxes in the same manner as your emails.

When a fax is received by your non-geographic number, it is converted to a PDF file which is than sent to your email address as an email attachment. You can view your faxes with free Acrobat Reader or any other PDF compatible application.

1. Go to "My Account" section of the website
2. Click on the "Fax to Email" link from the left menu under the title "ADVANCED ROUTING"
3. Choose the number or numbers for which you wish to order the Fax to Email service
4. Follow the on screen instructions
5. When prompted enter an email address for receiving fax messages
